I think the $7.49 is after the extra 25% off because mine was showing as $9.99 and when I added it to my cart, it was $7.49 which is a 25% reduction.

It was working on Sofia Clearance Items per this thread posted on 1/20.

 

I am going to assume this yoga set isn't considered clearance and is just a sale item. This set is still a great deal at this price!

The description for the code here http://www.gottadeal.com/Coupons/Store/Kmartcom says it is for winter clearance so maybe that is why this doesn't work.
