Help! Needing some creative ideas on wrapping small electronics

Help please! I need some creative ideas to wrap up an iPod Touch. They are small, and I want the gift receivers to not have a clue what it is until they fully open it. The only way I can think of is to wrap it in several different sizes of boxes. But I am hoping some GottaDealers have even more creative ideas. Plus I am short on time. I tried a quick Google search and that netted no results quickly. Thanks in advance! :) And there is multiples of this, so it's gotta be something I can duplicate three times over.

I did the box within a box last year for the xbox 360, I used like 10 boxes. The very last box was like a necklace size box with a folded up note inside. It directed her to go find her present in the back seat of dads truck :tongue1:

For her birthday a few days ago, I got dance central 3 and just dance 4 and put them each down the pant leg of a pair of pants and wrapped it all up. She was bewildered when she opened it to find an old pair of pants until she shook them out lol.

you could also get them each an itunes gc and just wrap those. watch their eyes light up when they realize :)

Any pc software boxes laying around, or a pencil case or book hollowed out for a safe. Or maybe a box of poptarts empty, food item in a box that it will fit into.

the 2 liter bottle is an awesome idea!! i saw that on here last year also. you cut a "door" where the label is, stick everything inside and then tape the "door" shut. looked really neat =)

hmmm.....wonder if a video game will fit in one.

Funny, I was coming here to ask the same question! I got my son an iphone and he is completely not expecting it, but I don't want to just wrap it as is. I was thinking of picking up an SAT study guide with DVD and seeing if I can fit it in there somehow ...

Keep the ideas coming! :)

Is the phone ready to be used? I just saw on America's Funniest Home Videos someone called the phone while it was still wrapped. This was after the girl was upset about not getting one. Then was happy when she heard it ring.

Okay, first, nothing against anyone that wears these; but I was joking with my oldest saying she's getting Granny Panties for Christmas. She thought that was funny but said she better not. So that might be an idea, I buy two packages of Granny Panties and stick it inside of those. And I guess for my son I could buy guy briefs (he refuses to wear them). But then no one would wear them, and I don't think I can donate opened packages of underwear, and I'm one that really hates to waste money. So I probably won't go with this, but maybe the idea will help someone else.

I like the two liter idea, and the boxes of food/cereal - was even thinking prunes, but I don't think those are big enough to hold the box the ipods came in, the case and headphones I bought too.

If you have more ideas, bring them on!

I use the every shirt box, then ds thinks "okay mom got me another boring shirt." That's where I put this years big present (he gets to drive a nascar racecar). I alsol got him a autographed diecast and Im going to tell him when he opens that one that "crap I messed up, he should have opened that one last."

I did something similar. One year I bought him the newest video game system he wanted along with the guitar. He opened the guitar and just looked at me. I said "Well that'll work with what you have, right?" He said no. Then he opened the new system. :D

I did something similar last year. My DS4 at the time opened his Wii games first and said what was he supposed to do with them since he didn't have a Wii? His uncle said he would buy them for $2 and the exchange happened. A few presents later, he opened the Wii and requested his games back but, of course, wanted to keep the money. The entire family was laughing their heads off. He's so lucky to be the baby of the family :).
