Hmmm, I tried it earlier and got it down to the $18.19. There was a screen on the main page about saving 20% on holiday items and I clicked it. But now when I go to the site I no longer see that.

 

One thing, there is a $1 off coupon for this to make it $22.99 - not as good as price as I had gotten in cart a few hours ago. Sorry. I will update the title and OP to reflect this new price, unless I find out where that 20% off holiday is at.
