Walmart Mobile App sale???

I just saw online at Walmart they are having a mobile app sale this Sunday.Anyone know of the items for sale and do you think its safe to download their app?I hate downloading things on my phone.

I don't know anything about the sale, but I use Walmart's mobile app all the time and never had a problem.

Anyone seen info on the ipad? I saw a picture of the mobile site sale in the ad, but picture is too small on my phone. Does it list which ipad and price?

The stories I've read online are that the iPad 3 (16GB) is going to be on sale for $399 in-stores(starting today(It may not show the price online)). Starting on Dec 17th, you get a $30GC w/ it. Remember this, the iPad 3 is no longer being made so once they are gone, there will be no more. If everyone jumps on the $399 price today, there may be no more to sell with the $30GC tomorrow (I think that is Walmart's plan, lol).

How do I access the sale? My mobile app doesn't look any different than last night and I can find no mention of the sale. It should have started 45 minutes ago, per the comments above.

I got the notification that the sale was now live. Prices not that great

Click on the app and the what comes up says about sale. Then click "SHOP SPECIALS"

For me, it didn't go live until 1:00pm EST. I got an alert that the sale was live (guessing from installed app). Sales just ok. Not much offered and nothing we need.
