So I've decided to get my hubby a set of golf clubs for XMas. He's never really played and I am not sure how much he'll actually use them so I don't want to send a small fortune which I know you can easily do. Any advice? Looking to spend $200 or less, if possible to hook him up.

You can go to Dick's Sporting Goods and take a look at some of the Closeout Deals now. You can also get a good used set on Craigslist and clean them up. Don't fall into the Big Names on your first set. I had a set of Mitsushiba's that lasted me a good while and traded them in for my Calloways when I was ready to move up. I still have my Calloways, but rarely play due to lack of funds.
