Big Smooth Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 Very tempting. Wish it was the "FM" model, though.
RossMAN Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 Very tempting. Wish it was the "FM" model, though.Amen! If only it were the FM model for $79.99 shipped, I'd be all over this like RossMAN in CostCo.
Big Smooth Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 The price on these seems to be dropping like a rock. My guess is that demand is down due to the HD-based players with 100x the storage getting better and cheaper all the time. These small flash-based players do have their advantages, though.
RossMAN Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 I don't need 10GB+ of storage or music. I'm perfectly fine with 256MB (although 1GB would be the sweet spot).
Brad Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 There is always this deal: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=1882 And Amazon had these for low prices lately too - might want to check them out as well.
RossMAN Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 Crap, $175 nowWow, good luck to those who ordered at the $69.99 price
Big Smooth Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 That $175 price is ridiculous! No one in their right mind would pay that much considering the price at other stores. Plus, there are a lot of attractive alternatives at $175 or a little more.
