Check your orders. Just went to see the status of one I placed on Monday and it was cancelled. Never received an email. Called customer service and they had run out but it was still listed on the website (of course for 30.00 more). Thankfully the rep called my local store and they have a few of what I had ordered so I will be picking it up on my way home tonight but wanted to give y'all a heads up

I placed an order on Monday and it still hasn't shipped. I placed an order on Wednesday last week and all 4 items shipped within 48 hours. Not sure what the hold-up is with this order, it's just 1 item.

My 2 orders say In Fulfillment. One was ordered on the 25th & 26th. Hope they don't get cancelled. They have a ship date by the 10th...

I placed an order on the 24th, and another one on the 26th. Both say in fulfillment. I had also ordered a Keurig B60 Special Edition, but it was cancelled because they say they sold out. I called and the rep told me they had alot of items that sold out, and those people who have their orders cancelled will receive an e-mail with special promocodes to try to make up for it. They really need to get their act together! Edit: Just checked their website, and they are showing it as in stock, and of course for $30.00 more but they are claiming they will honor the $119.00 price they originally had it for.

yeah the Keurig is what I had ordered that was cancelled. Picked it up last night at my local store and the girl gave me another 20% off :) At that price I asked if I could get another one cause I've been wanting one and she said sure so I got 2 of them for 163!! I don't think DH thinks we need one but at that price I wasn't passing it up :)

Well. I order my dad's Xmas gift on Cyber Monday suppose to ship on 10th and on Fulfillment now.
