llist Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Check your orders. Just went to see the status of one I placed on Monday and it was cancelled. Never received an email. Called customer service and they had run out but it was still listed on the website (of course for 30.00 more). Thankfully the rep called my local store and they have a few of what I had ordered so I will be picking it up on my way home tonight but wanted to give y'all a heads up
oandesmom814 Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 I placed an order on Monday and it still hasn't shipped. I placed an order on Wednesday last week and all 4 items shipped within 48 hours. Not sure what the hold-up is with this order, it's just 1 item.

I had also ordered a Keurig B60 Special Edition, but it was cancelled because they say they sold out. I called and the rep told me they had alot of items that sold out, and those people who have their orders cancelled will receive an e-mail with special promocodes to try to make up for it. They really need to get their act together! Edit: Just checked their website, and they are showing it as in stock, and of course for $30.00 more but they are claiming they will honor the $119.00 price they originally had it for.
