Its a real mess online with them ...... I can't seem to get any orders payed with my gift cards and the system keeps locking up. Tried several times to contact by phone with no luck.

Free shipping ended last week. That would have been the best time to get a doll since they wouldn't be on sale on Cyber Monday anyway. FWIW, I believe they run free shipping before Thanksgiving most years.

I got very angry on there. I had a pair of Muck boots in my cart at 74.99. They had a lot of them on sale. The site told me I timed out and needed to log in again. When I did that all the sale prices disappeared and they went up 30.00. I called them and although I could see the sale price in my recently viewed items. she couldn't . She could only refer it to the correct department. I just ordered a pair of Sorel boots from 6pm.com at a much lower price.
