Kindle Fire HD Sale?????

I was disappointed that there were no online deals for the new Kindle Fire HD! I know $199 isn't bad, but I was hoping to get one of those gift card deals. Any one think or have an idea if Amazon or anyone else might do some kind of deal or bundle for the HD?

 

I started saving for some kind of tablet/e-reader at the beginning of this year and decided not to buy the regular Kindle Fire because I heard rumors of the HD (which I would prefer to have). I am just debating if I should wait until after Christmas and the first of the year (which is getting harder to do!) or just get it now. But I know as soon as I buy it... a deal will come out

You could try in-store at Best Buy. It shows online for $199 and you get a $30 gift card. Not available for shipping though.

 

I was there yesterday and picked up the $159 Kindle Fire w/ gift card and they had lots of both.

I dont think the price will go down on hd kindle because i did not see he price drop drop on the first kindle fire until they brought the new one out.

Best buy online lets you see if your local store has the Kindle + Gift card deal.... and all the stores within a 50 mile radius is listed "unavailable". Thank you for the advice though!! Every little bit helps
