DiamondGal
I tried to order the Sandra Lee 6 qt programmable slow cooker off their website. It was $49.99 regularly on sale for $29.99. When I put it in the cart it was still $29.99 but when I went to check out second later, it was up to $49.99. We called and they said they were in the process of changing the prices back to the regular prices and there was nothing they could do. I contacted them through the chat and they said there was nothing I could do. I emailed them because I was able to order one on their sister site Sears for $39.99 regular $49.99 with no trouble at all. They were open until 11pm and I was ordering at 9:30 pm. They should not change the prices until the sale is over! At least I got one though!
landcbrewer
They are owned by Sears, which is now a sewer. Sears (nor Kmart) has not and will not see me darken their doorways. Been that way for 3 years now.http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/artsandliving/comics/king_mutts.html?name=MuttsIf they want to re-establish their motto, what was it,something like;"Your satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" Sigh..... Just close 'em.
donella
I agree about Sears.Bad service at Sears went to a large store to buy a simple fridge took 4 days to get it in and then they wouldn't send it to a closer store.Daughter bought tires there one failed took 5 days to settle the dispute with them and then not to satisfaction.Done with them.
