I also make a page for each store im going to put the item wrtten with price. When i get an actual ad i cut the picture out and glue it next to the item so if i give a friend or family member the paper to pick something up for me it is clear what im looking for.

I do much of the same but keep the paper ad whole and use an ad scan to print out/cut out to put the picture on the paper. Then I still have full reference to the full ad.
