The cheapest I've found so far is KB toys $59.99. I know Target has it out on the shelves but not on their website. They had one on display at my local Target. Its small.My five yr old sat on the seat and I was worried that she was going to hurt it. She is only 48 lbs... so..I would say no, not for a 7 yr old but yours may be very small..so it may be ok.
