kalle1212 Posted November 18, 2005 Posted November 18, 2005 What should I get my son's sitter for christmas. (Shes older, not a teen) My son goes to her all week long.
RITCHIE9902 Posted November 18, 2005 Posted November 18, 2005 I AM A BABYSITTER OF 6 AND I WOULD LOVE TO RECIEVE A GIFT CERT. TO GO OUT TO EAT.
kalle1212 Posted November 18, 2005 Author Posted November 18, 2005 I was thinking that and should I throw in to the gift that I will watch her kids while she goes to eat, we are friends so she wouldnt feel funny.
RITCHIE9902 Posted November 18, 2005 Posted November 18, 2005 THAT WOULD BE VERY NICE!! I AM SURE SHE WOULD APPREICATE IT!!!
Guest all2tired Posted November 18, 2005 Posted November 18, 2005 That sounds like a wonderful idea. Or go one step further and have her kids spend the night so she can have alone time with her hubby if you know what I mean
kalle1212 Posted November 18, 2005 Author Posted November 18, 2005 Shes still attached to the kids with the umbilical cord so she would never allow them to sleep over. The oldest is 4 and she has never spent the night away from him except to give birth to her other child.
ajburlingame Posted November 18, 2005 Posted November 18, 2005 I think that I am going to get the babysitter something from Bath and Body Works. She often comments in the morning about whatever scent that I have on and I don't think this is something that she would buy herself. She spends all of her extra money on her kids.
timbermommy Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 A check was what i always got when i was a nanny.. also the kids would make and buy me something small... i miss those kids..
bayhaysay Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 A gift card and free babysitting would be wonderful. I used to babysit also and I would've loved that.
