Maybe it's just too early in the morning still, but aren't they charging more than what the card itself is worth?

the special may have ended. they ran it twice once in the summer and again at the beginning of this month since it did so well. i'm waiting for someone to get back to me. because i see others are still getting a deal. Edited September 24, 2012 by revecca

this is how they responded to my post.

 

These codes are for anybody living outside the US, that wants to purchase music, media and apps from the biggest iTunes store in the world, and does not have a US credit card.

The price is slightly higher, but the us iTunes prices are lower, so the end result is a better deal for the customer.
