I'm going with one bigger thing to share plus one extra for my kids who are here and same arrangement for the two with my ex. So there will be less this year. The real cutback though will be with adults - all baked goods only. Not even crafts - I did that last year and the supplies cost a lot more than I expected! I will buy gifts for fiancé but less than $100 - and I am someone who used to spend over $200 on significant other every year. I am also camping on Black Friday to save money!
