Best Deal for an iPad2

Where can I get the best deal for an iPad2? Also do I have to sign up or add an additional line with my wireless carrier for it to work?

Not sure about the first question you have I ordered mine from apple on black friday. We use verizon and for me to be able to use my ipad 2 anywhere else away from a wifi connection it's an additional $30.00 a month but it's not a contract you can sign up anytime and cancel anytime but you will be charged for that whole month. So for instance I want to use it for the month of March, I pay $30.00 for that month and decided I don't want it in April I just call and cancel it before April gets here. Hope this helps some.

If you wait ipad2 will be marked down, when the ipad3 is announced. The rumor is March 7.

I did well at Macmall.com, they had some discount prices as well. I also went to Apple.com and found deals on refurbs. I have had good luck on refurbs with Apple. They are pristine and worked great.
