Layaway/Site to Store pickup Delay

I was flabbergasted when I went in to get 2 site to store orders yesterday and was told I had to wait 45 minutes for them. Apparently the store has so much on layaway and coming in they have a store facility somewhere in shopping plaza and it takes that long to get the request over there and then products located and returned to store.

I know each store will have a different situation, just a friendly warning.

wow that is nuts! walmart needs more help.

LOL...and the nutjobs are out. I was gobsmacked when I put on my indicator to park in an empty spot next to fat guy loading his truck with 2 carts. I waited since I didn't want to disturb him, he repaid my kindness by taking his 2 shopping carts and dumping them in the space I was waiting for.

The kicker....on the other side of that EMPTY space was the trolley bay AND this place is notorious for lack of parking. 3 little steps would have obviously placed too much strain on his overburdened heart. I just drove to the end of parking lot and parked elsewhere. I wasn't in the mood to start an argument by trying to educate him.

I so hate when they do that. It only takes a few extra minutes to put the cart in the cart thingy! Nothing makes me madder than coming out of a store finding a cart next to my vehicle. I love my car, and I don't want dings on my car , because people are too lazy to walk a couple extra steps. Sorry didn't mean to get off topic.

Ditto. I've had to give up on my car though. I swear Nissan used the crappiest paint possible on my Sentra, it seems like everytime I walk past it literally there's a new scratch or scrape however small.

Now you know why the fat guy is fat. I wouldn't have argued either. Never know who may be packing.
