DragonSlayer1500 Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 So far...what stands out to you guys as the items with the best resale value? Not necessarily the items with the biggest discount per se...rather the items that can be re-sold for the most overall profit? Anything sticking out to anyone?
cami_reardon Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 e-machines computer at best buy, laptop at walmart.
Mike Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 Ive been searching with very little to show for it so far. Im just not seeing anything that stands out. Especially since you have to include your time standing inline before the store opens, while inside waiting to pay and the fact that the "popular" items will be 1 per person.
DragonSlayer1500 Posted November 10, 2005 Author Posted November 10, 2005 I noticed the E-Machines too but it's hard to tell what you're actually getting there with no specs or model #. Have to wait for the Ad-scan on that one I think.
Mike Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 Well, it will be a Celeron D with 256mb. Probably a 40gb HD and a CDRW/DVD rom combo drive. Maybe even just the CDRW drive.
leefamily23 Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 What is the thought about that being a rebate item? Then how much are we talking you think? $200, $300, $400 ??
happyrat Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 The monster cables sears has for 75% on family night. Those rarely sell much less than 25% below retail. $100 cable bought for $25 sod for $69.99 is a good profit.
DragonSlayer1500 Posted November 10, 2005 Author Posted November 10, 2005 And what's a monster cable???
RossMAN Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 Laptop with WiFi or Xbox 360 if you can find one.

Was $2,399.99. Now $1,199.99.
Mike Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 $1200 for only a 32"? LCD prices are dropping like crazy. I don't see much of a profit in that.
peachysquirt21 Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 link? When is family night?Family night at Sears was last weekend.
