Microsoft Kinect™ Sensor Fall Bundle for Xbox 360® came today from sears and didn't come with the games it displayed when I ordered it. So I went back to the site and it pictured different games then it detailed in the description. It came with Kinect Adventures and Child of Eden. Did this happen to anyone else? I haven't opened it in case I need to return it. But it the box doesn't look like the one displayed.

So after talking to Sears CS & 2 people at corporate the answer I got was basically too bad, you got what you ordered. If you don't want it, return it.

I am on the phone right now arguing with them that they sent the wrong item.

The Sears product number on my invoice specifically shows the 3- game bundle. I bought it too for the three games.

I will update when I get off the phone.

Ok. They are resending me Item # 0584158600 - and sending me an email with a return shipping label for the wrong item. I made sure that it was noted on my account that I got a sensor with only TWO games, so that they do not try and tell me I returned the wrong item. It took some yelling, but I got it exchanged - I hope!

The problem is the picture is wrong. We got the model LPF-00062 which is the 2 game pack The holiday bundle is 84K-00024.

Fruit Ninja is a download in the Xbox 360 store - see if they will give you a points card instead of you sending the item back.

Sears is sending me a GC to cover the costs of the missing games & to compensate the bad CS. I love the power of Twitter.

Fruit Ninja and gunslinger arent actually games they are downloads you get from xbox free.Once you open the game you will have to download the game from the market.
Ohhh another day another deal!!!

I didn't get this bundle but it looks like 2 of the 3 games were downloads. Orange banners are generally XBox Live downloads. Kinect Adventures always comes with the Kinect and Fruit Ninjas always comes with Gunstringer. It appears to me this was only the normal Kinect bundle with the additional download. Look through the boxes for sheets of paper that might have download codes on them. For those of you that got Child of Eden this is probably not the case, but from what I hear you might be better off with that game (depending on the player). It's supposed to be good. If you don't want it, you can probably take the sealed game to your local Walmart or Best Buy and exchange it for something you do want since Sears seems to offer no help. Sears might even do the trade. Child of Eden is a $40 game so an exchange should cover almost any game you want, or $40 off a brand new game. Could be better than sticking with Gunstringer, although I heard that is good too.

Since my box was open when I got it, I looked inside & the was only Adventures & the Eden d/l card, NOT the other TWO I was supposed to get. 2 games vs. the 3 game bundle was bad enough but that only 1 of the 3 was what they advertised was unacceptable. According to all the Sears CSRs I spoke to, they sell the Gunslinger & Fruit Ninja games separately so that's why they sent as GC to cover the cost to purchase the games.

Wow it happened to other people too! For those of you that had luck with CS, maybe you could help me out. I talked to a cs person and they told me to expect an email with information on what I should do because I could not return it to a sears store. I don't have anything and my call was made Nov 30th. What did you need to speak to a manager or did you ask for the points to get the game downloads? The cs I talked to didn't seem to know anything at all about x-box so she was very confused about what I was trying to tell her.

Yes, you CAN return to a Sears store. Just take in the packing slip. Whoever told you that was absolutely wrong.
They actually contacted me after I kvetched on Twitter about the horrible CS. If you have it, send a tweet to @searscares & see if they get back to you, otherwise I'd just keep calling & arguing.

So the replacement item arrived from Sears today - when the order was placed, it specifically said it was for the "Kinect Fall Bundle"... and the sent the WRONG item again. I just placed an order for the same thing from Best Buy @ the same price, will go pick up in store. I am returning both to Sears.

OMG I am so mad at Sears! They just sent me this email:

Good Morning Cindy,

Thank you for contacting Sears.com regarding your order number xx
I appreciate the opportunity to assist you!
Thank you for providing us the box condition. I understand that you would like to get the missing two games for the 'Kinect™ Sensor with Child of Eden for Xbox 360®'. Cindy, we are unable to process an order twice since our system does not allow us. We encourage you to place a new order for the required item once it will be back in stock. Kinect 8482 Sensor with Child of Eden for Xbox 360 174 (this isn't even what I ordered!) If you wish, you can return the item that you have received to your local Sears store for an immediate refund or exchange (if the item is available at your local store). Please take your order confirmation email with you as this is your proof of purchase. This option would provide you with a faster refund, or a replacement if the item is sold at the store. Or, if you wish, an electronic return label be emailed to you from UPS within 48 hours. Simply print the label and attach it to their package and drop it off at any UPS Retailer at their convenience within 30 days from the receipt of the electronic return label. Once we receive the item back to our warehouse, we will issue the credit to your account. Please let us know your query through chat or feel free to contact us at 1-800-366-3028. We value your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Have a Wonderful Day!
