I have to agree. This sale does not impress me, but I am not shopping for tvs. I rarely shop BB as in my opinion they are priced higher than most competing stores. Maybe, if this ad is a partial ad, there will be more deals to be had.

Some of it could be fake, but apparantly the slightly older toshiba 51 inch for 899 briefly last november without hdmi so hopefully they will do it again. And there was much expectation that another store would match walmarts sub 1000 42 inch plasma.

Not bad. More laptop choice for me.
The closest walmart to my place is in a semi-shady neighbourhood, BB is practically across the street.

Sears also has the Toshiba 51" 51HC85 model for $899.99 (also includes HDMI)

That computer definately wouldn't exist. Only a very few number of special motherboards have adapters to allow an Intel mobile processor to be used in a desktop chipset. I highly doubt emachines would use one. Also, this price seems very low for including a 17" monitor.

This was posted at FW before it came here. I think that the OP at FW meant to put Celeron D.From the ad:

Last year BB had a emachines on BF for 199(after 400 in rebates) and it came with a 17" monitor.

WOW! I didn't even notice that... I have never seen a pre-built desktop rig with a Celeron M processor.

I've never noticed a Celeron M in a desktop, but a curious thing- on the BB website they have HP slimline desktops that say they use the Celeron M...

It appears to be the same card. Hard to tell without a picture or exact model number.
