I got 1/2 of my order with no packing slip or receipt of any kind and no email saying we are shipping your items separately. Charged full amount. I submitted a "request" asking if they are going to send the other items or if they will refund their money. We shall see.

I've had trouble too. I got one shirt quickly, then sent an email. Their reply was that they had gotten so many orders that the system hasn't caught up to post tracking numbers, etc. Got 2 more shirts today, still need 2, one of which was for my secret santa at work next week!
