AMAZON already starting the bait and switch tactics

On their 8 page ad scan page 3 they show a TCL L40FHDF12TA 40 inch tv for sale starting NOVEMBER 25TH 2011 and it is shown as a TV on TCLUSA.COM site so you know it is alegit tv, however amazon.com does not show it online and calls to Amazons headquarters say they are not selling it
