I really like the Clio that I have found at Walgreen's. They are not rechargable but use 2 AA batteries... and there doesn't appear to be any blade replacements for them as I have not ever been able to find any. BUT, they cost less than $10... they sometimes run sales on them for between 4.99 and 7.99. And the blades last a good while.
