Figit Friends - has anyone seen them in the ads?

Really the only thing my kids have asked for is a Fijit Friend. Now that the TRU ad has been posted I have not seen this darn toy in any of the BF ads. Did anyone happen to notice it, and maybe I missed it?!

Fijits had gone down in price somewhere, I'll see if I can find the thread.

 

Update: They seem to have a lower price of 39.99 everywhere now (target, toyrus, walmart and amazon) I'd go with Amazon and save on taxes as I don't see Kmart having them.

They were 39.99 in store at TRU. Still not worth it IMHO.

yeah I agree. I don't think 40.00 is worth it, especially when I need to buy 2. That is why I was hoping I could find them on BF.

I bought one at target 39.99 plus a 5 coupon. They also have a 5 off orders of 50 or more and if you buy 50 then u get free shipping.

Got mine in the mail on Saturday. :)

Just bought the purple one at Target with the $5 off coupon. No pink ones to be found at my three closest Target's. Good thing DD likes purple too! :)

I would suggest reading the rather obvious and descriptive negative reviews on this toy. The most negative review that runs in common is the voice recognition problem. You may still decide to get the toy, in spite of the reviews and find that your child still likes it. My guess would be the under 10 age group. The older kids will tire quickly of it's limited scope, and you will be forever parted with your $40 investment in their happiness. (Unless you keep all of the packaging for a hasty return, keep the receipt!)
