anyone know where the best sales for HD tv are going to be

I'm going to buy my first HD tv in November, but I'm not sure if its worth it to wait until black friday to do so. is it? and what places should I go to. I like this rca dlp tv at walmart. but I'm not sure if they'll have it on sale or not. thanks
