Promom Posted December 1, 2010 Share Posted December 1, 2010 (edited) I just relized that I didn't get the rebate form on bd from Macys for the double buffet server. How can I get the rebate form? I looked on the receipt but it says nothing about a rebate. Did anyone else get something from Macy's that came with a rebate? I just found a place on their website where I can click and get the rebate form but everytime I click on it, I get knocked off the macys website.
