My book and warranty papers say no pressure cookers or cast iron cookware. It gets too hot and can crack the top. It says warranty is void if used

I learned that lesson the hard way, after using a cast iron dutch oven on it. My great deal of $19.99 for the dutch oven, went down the drain after my stove top shattered and had to buy a new stove!!!
