I got the same message but refreshed, went to my cart and tried again. I got through checkout and submitted my order but got "an unexpected error occurred" page. I was going to start all over again but got a confirmation email for my order so it went through even though I got an error.

My bank account has been charged for my "attempted order??" but when I was tying to submit the order it sent me to a "Sorry" page and to try back later. So I have no clue if my order went through or not. Very frustrating!!!

SAME THING HAPPENED LAST YEAR!! I would be sympathetic, but they should have had this taken care of by now.
