Best Buy (NYSE: BBY - News): The same products promoted in its Thanksgiving Ads -- including doorbusters -- will be available on BestBuy.com starting Thanksgiving Day. Best Buy is also offering free shipping on online orders through Dec. 21, excluding laptops, iPads, iPods and some major appliances.

hmm, that article gives me hope....I can at least check out what they have for video games other than the listed ones, but not sure if I'll have my dad buy the computer package for me or not since I want an all in one printer instead of what's offered.

There are placeholders for the compaq netbooks, not the desktop package. So some items it seems will be available.

There ad is available online also, and the doorbusters page is up and available (might not be publically advertised on bestbuy's website but its there). NO Secret Sales shown.

Alas, the waiting game we play.

I got lucky, well kinda. BB's site wasn't working for the $499 Sony Bluray Laptop Bundle (wasn't showing a discount). I called Reward Silver Customer Service and they tried placing the order manually, but said it was sold out. Once I heard that, I submitted my order at the full price and it went through. I then spent 40 minutes on the phone with them until they could price adjust it. Whatever they did behind the scenes, they only discounted the laptop ($430ish). I then went into my order online (in my account) and canceled the overpriced bag and bluray). After tax, I'm paying $450 for that laptop.

My husband was in Best Buy today. Bought a Toshiba laptop. It's price came up same as Black Friday! So he bought it. He said entire store was filled with black shrink wrapped pallets. The laptops were on one, but opened. Employee sold it to me at the BF price. Was so happy! We had $200 in BB giftcards so we got a really cheap out of pocket laptop.

There were some games, but no systems.

Can anyone tell me if there were any PS3 systems on the Pre Black Friday sale or games? I have been on the phone with Best Buy on and off since last week. Their website would not recognize my Premier Silver account, so needless to say I am a little upset. Thanks.

Okay so I am now totally worried. The TomTom XL 350TM 4.3" GPS System w/ Lifetime Traffic & Maps is now showing as "sold out online". I had it in my cart so that when it became available on Thursday (hopefully since it is not a doorbuster) that I'd just have to wait for the price to change and click a button. But now it is no longet in my cart and showing up as sold out. Anyone think that will change Friday, or is that them saying that it will not be available online?

That is awesome! I got a $300 Laptop package online 3 years ago from them and I had a $300 gift card so go the laptop, case, printer and only paid tax and shipping.

I know! I was so excited to get the Toshiba laptop and the Nook that I wanted for the BF price! Now my Premier Silver membership has paid off and Best Buy is off my BF list of stores to go to.

SOOO Very Mad! I didn't know my reward zone needed to be activated online! Even though I have Silver status, I won't get the perks in time.

Phew! Fell much better now, it now says coming soon. I can't add it to my cart as of yet, but at least now I feel like I can get it.

I need to know when the $399 Sony laptop goes on sale. Anyone?!

If it's going to be offered online, it will probably happen when the sale starts which is supposed to happen around 1am EST tonight.

Just know that based on years of experience with these online sales, very few of these go online exactly when they are supposed to, lol.

Ok thanks! I'll start around midnight then probably end up breaking my refresh button. ;)

I'm going to take a nap and have my alarm set for 1. I'm hoping to get the $399 OR $499 Sony Vaio, Babysitting Mama for Wii, the $149 Compaq netbook, and the $59 Blue Ray player. Crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. Not so sure about the Compaq netbook....the ad says Friday and Saturday, but, when you click on it, it says that the offer is valid starting the 25th.
