These can be used on any city as long as it is through Fandango. They will send you step by step instructions when you purchase the groupon. I bought this deal about two weeks ago and used two tickets (you dont have to use all 6 tickets at once) this past weekend and It worked fine. Will use the other 4 to watch Harry Potter. I think it is great savings.

you go through fandango, so if you can buy your tickets online for your theater through Fandango, then you can use the Groupon codes

I don't think there are restrictions like that, you are just given a code that you input on the Fandango checkout page
