Anyone have problems with their order? Old Navy website says order in process, but I received a phone call from customer service saying my orders were cancelled due to placing more than 1 order using this code. Anyone else have this happen? I assumed it was ok to place more than 1 order using the code since it let me do it, and I didn't see any fine print saying you couldn't do it on more than 1 order. It sounded like a couple of others used it on more than 1 order, so I wondered if everyone else's was ok!! What's the point in having a system that checks the orders after their placed?? Can't they just lock out the code for that user once they've used it once?? They are saying they have the right to cancel all of my orders since I violated the coupon?!?!
