I got an email offer as well but it says "up to 65% off + FREE shipping"

 

I think the percent off sale is the prices as they are on the site now. It doesn't take a percentage off because the markdowns have already occurred.

 

But all of the codes work for free shipping though! lol

Don't know why this isn't working for any of you. I just put in an order with 1 non sale item and 4 sale items. I put the code in and it took off the 20%. I get to the review page and it says that the coupon does not apply for sale items but it clearly showed the regular price and then the price with coupon. I got the 20% off on all my items.
