Recommendation for earbuds that don't hurt ?!

We've got a few Ipods, etc. floating around our house and the earbuds that come with these things are very uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. Has anyone found any earbuds that they can recommend that are not that round/hard plastic earpiece...something softer that is easy to wear without the pain? Any suggestions appreciated! TIA!

I second that recommendation. :) Same pair I have, and I love them.
