I saw some gorgeous party dresses at Target, 50 percent off, about 10.00 mostly...but only at 1 target & I was at several that day looking for toys.

I bought a plain shirt at Old Navy on sale and went to the craft store and bought a couple iron on transfers. They have soo many super cute ones to choose from. Then she wore that with a big fluffy tu-tu. It turned out very cute.
