Looking at this item, unfortunately the UPC number we provided Amazon did not match what they had listed. Our UPC was for item PEN,SHARPIE, RECT,BK, but Amazon's listing linked to item Sharpie Pen Retractable Fine Point Pen, 12 Black Ink Pens. You may verify this discrepancy by reviewing your Buy.com invoice. This is definitely not the way we want to run our Marketplace store. We have requested our merchandising department to update the description for this item as soon as possible. In the meantime we will be removing this item from our Amazon listing. Notice I said "it", yep, I only got 1 pen. I emailed Buy.Com through Amazon, hoping they will send me the other 11 pens, but I have a feeling I will get a $5.99 refund. Oh well....Buy.com did send me an email that they will issue a credit for $6.51 (5.99 + tax) and I can keep the pen. Not a bad deal. I hope you get the box....let us know if you do.
