Thanks a lot. I need lots of pens for school and ordered 2 boxes. Now, do I need red too? Better now, I use purple or Yellow to grade With my class, red would be tragic

did not match what they had listed. Our UPC was for item PEN,SHARPIE,

reviewing your Buy.com invoice. This is definitely not the way we want

Buy.Com shipping rocks!

I ordered the set of 12 Sharpies yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning. Notice I said "it", yep, I only got 1 pen. I emailed Buy.Com through Amazon, hoping they will send me the other 11 pens, but I have a feeling I will get a $5.99 refund.

Hopefully, Buy.Com will resolve this problem without losing their customer's trust.

I went to check if Amazon had shipped my order I placed at the $6.09 price and when I checked if they still had this price I realized that they put this back up to $39.99. Yep...

 

I hope they dont cancel my order. I am expecting a WHOLE BOX this time. BTW, estimated delivery is July 20th.

Yea....I noticed it went up. Should have jumped on the $6.09....but didn't. Oh well....Buy.com did send me an email that they will issue a credit for $6.51 (5.99 + tax) and I can keep the pen. Not a bad deal. I hope you get the box....let us know if you do.
