I usually wait 6 months after a new system is released anyways since the price usually comes down $50-$100 in that time and I'm not really in any rush to get the thing anyways. Brad Posted September 9, 2005 Share Posted September 9, 2005 For anyone interested, I found it interesting that for all the sites in my Amazon account (here, XBox-360.com, XBox360Preorders), for the few hours this deal was live yesterday, the Deluxe version outsold the Core version by about a 14 to 1 ratio. Nobody wants the Core system. I think there will be a shortage of Deluxe systems this holiday season, but there will probably be lots of Core systems available.
