If your employer or bank matches contributions, I would recommend giving them your donation. For example, my wife's credit union matches contributions up to $1,000 per person.

This website is one I developed in collaboration with several Louisiana disability organizations to provide disability specific information for those with disabilities and their families from Louisiana who have been displaced by Hurricane Katrina. Everyone affected by Katrina has been hard hit. For those with disabilities and their families, it is even harder. As someone in Louisiana (who fortunately didn't feel the hurricane), a big thank you to anyone and everyone who has helped any of those affected by Katrina.
