It says limit one per customer, guess they learned from the Sharpie incident, but I just placed 2 seperate orders and it let them both go through for $1.08 each. I ordered the pens, the scissors and a set of silk Paper mate pens for 2.99. I have no idea why shipping was free, but my total was 4.xx shipped to me. Thanks for the post OP!
