Walgreens has a coupon in their ad this week. Normally ~$50-60 elsewhere.

Do these really work? I guess I am asking is it really worth 30.00? Need to drop weight but can't seem to get motivated on the exercise idea!

I'm wondering that too. I think if I had something to jumpstart me it would help.

I'm considering this. It has a lot of good reviews on Amazon, but I'm terrified of the "oily discharge". :o

Oily discharge is very true esp if you eat fatty foods. So because of that I'm sure it's working otherwise that fat would be absorbed by your body....

I think that is what the commercial means when it says "forces a lifestyle change" you have to slow down on the fatty foods if you don't want to poo on yourself!!

I got my ad circular from the Sunday paper. Coupon was on the first page. Walgreens usually have them by the front door as well.

Had a little trouble getting this....went to 3 different stores before the last one just price modified and sold me the 90 capsule they had. Apparently there is a special package one that none of the stores had, so YMMV for those looking for this deal.

I called the store close to where I work this morning and asked if they still had them in stock and the guy said, "Yes, we just got more in this morning." so I left work and went to the store to get them and they didn't have them after all. BUT, they also misread the coupon and were selling the 120 count which is normally 69.99 for 29.99. The coupon said limit of 3 so I bought 3 at that price. How could I not? If it turns out that I can't take them, I'm sure I'll find someone who can.

You can print the coupon out by accessing the weekly ad and clicking on the ino for the item. The option to print a printable coupon will become available. HTH...

:tongue1: I thought about that, but I have taken a prescription version of this before so I know what I'm getting into ahead of time, and I think I will be ok. Thanks

just fyi- its true about wearing dark clothing.. if you do eat more that 15g of fat in any 5 hour period, you have leakage. My friend though she could save her fat grams til dinner and thats not how it works// but at that price try it once see what happens. everyones body is different

To be prefectly honest, you'd be better off joining Weight Watchers for about the same amount of money per month and weigh in once a week -- accountability and investment in your own weight control is very compelling. You have to change your diet, eat a more balanced diet and then take the capsules -- there's no accountability (that's what I refer to the weekly weigh in as) when you're relying on diet pills to lose weight.

In Sunday's paper there is a coupon for $10 off the 120ct Alli and starting Sunday Jan. 3rd Walgreens has the 120 ct Alli on sale for $59.99 with a register reward of $10(on next purchase) so it's like getting it for $49.99 minus $10 Sunday coupon= $39.99.

The poo thing takes at least 2-3 days from when you start the pill to work through your system. You'll see it soon enough don't worry - it's working.... :-)

I think this is a good idea. Just started my first pill this evening. Actually read the pamphlets with the tablets and actually thought this is a good program for me to try. Looking forward to it now!

OMG, thanks for the laughs. Pooping my pants doesn't sound like anything I want to do in the near future. I'm going to follow this thread just because it's funny. I think I'll stick with WW. Good luck everyone! I hope everyone gets the results they want. :)
