E.L.F. (Eyes, Lips, Face) magazine with order from August

Back in August E.L.F. had a special where we ordered stuff super cheap and with the order came a subscription (free) to a magazine. We also had the option to opt out of the subscription by filling out a form and sending that in with the packing slip and getting a rebate for the $10.00. Has anyone received a check or subscription yet? I opted out so I have been waiting for a rebate check and I still have not received it. Anyone else?

I did just send an email to E.L.F., but wanted to check here before they respond.

I tried to get the rebate from one of these deals they had back in March. I forgot all about it until a couple months ago. I sent an email then and they told me I needed to contact someone else. Well I contacted who I was supposed to and was told that I didn`t send it in in time to receive the rebate. I received my order within 5 days of placing it and sent the copy of the receipt and rebate form out the day I got it in the mail. I know I sent it in in time, etc. I was told I was out of luck basically. My cousin placed another order at the same time as me and sent away for the rebate and had the same thing happen to her. Makes me wonder how many people actually do receive the rebates. I hope you get yours.

Oh boy! A csr responded to my email and gave me the contact number too. I guess I will take the time to place the call. If they tell me I sent it in late, I'll ask why I'm not getting the mag them. I should be getting a check or the mag, right?

I did this, opted out for Marie Claire, well I started gettting the magazine so I wrote to the company ValueMags. I got an email back saying that since I had opted out of another magazine subscription from ELF back in Feb I didn't qualify for the rebate again. I had already cancelled Marie Claire because I really don't want it. No where on the form or anything else does it say we can't do this for each order that we make and especially when its like 7 months apart, I think its obsurd. Its happened a couple of times, I am getting glamour because they didn't rebate they just sent the subscription. I don't like that magazine either so its a waste.
