mark909 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Anyone able to get the Sharpie code 96140 code to work yet? I keep getting "invalid coupon".
goodiegirlie Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 invalid for me too...I'll try again in a hour
krissy72 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Is this supposed to start at 6am EST? It is now 7:42am EST and the code is not working for me.
jelee3 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 It's not working for me either and I have more than $25 worth in my cart.
ialady44 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I wonder if we can call the order in? 8:30 AM in the midwest and the coupon code for the SHARPIES is still not working.
conj Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 ok, they post the code on their own site and it doesn't work???? hm.
savvystar Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 anyone have shipping code? this shows $9.99 shipping
Christina97 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 That is an awesome deal on the Norton 360!
krissy72 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I just called 1-800-3staples and ordered. I ordered the $25.?? worth of sharpies and I added 2 packs of free after rebate batteries to get the free shipping. They were able to use the code over the phone. So with tax I got 40 duracell batteries and 25 sharpies for a total of $4.10 after rebate. Great deal.
noehlp Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 No one is being able to get the Sharpie deal to work. From what I'm hearing, it may not work until tomorrow. So some folks are calling their orders in instead: 800-891-0195 Just keep in mind that I *think* their phone is getting slammed, so be patient, lots of patience actually.

bswan19 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I also just called the number and order 28 sharpie markers, 20 AA Duracell batteries and 20 AAA Duracell batteries for $4 shipped after rebates. Very nice!
Venusaur Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Is this supposed to start working on their site later?
noehlp Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 Is this supposed to start working on their site later?I can't answer for sure, rumors I've heard is that the code won't be fixed until tomorrow when their IT staff return to work.
krissy72 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 The only problem with waiting is that the sharpies could be out of stock by tomorrow as this deal is posted on many other deal sites. If you wait you risk them being sold out.

ixrayu05 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I just tried calling, and keep getting a busy signal, Darn!
yakinhix Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 I have tried calling every number I can find for Staples and cant get through on any of them so I called one of the stores and spoke to a manager. She gave me a Help Desk number and also said she is going to call their internal number that is for employees/stores only and see if she can find out anything for me. She is supposed to call if she does. The Help Desk number she gave me didnt work either but I am finally on hold with the 1-800-3Staples number. :) Have been listening to the hold music forever but at least its not a busy signal. Hopefully somebody will pick up soon.

I have no idea why that would matter but I did use a landline and my call went right through.
ixrayu05 Posted November 29, 2009 Posted November 29, 2009 The wait time is for 2 hoursHow do you know that?
