I'm not sure which tv's but I'm in miami and did see a lot of tv's 32in 720p stocked in piles at store along with a lot of the Wii and PS3 games and a lot of the same 7.99/12.99 blu rays. I think I can say without certainty I will not shop from BestBuy again until I absolutely have to or the price is SMASHING. I just spent over 40 minutes for in store pickup, I was 1st person in line and then they had to send someone to collect off shop floor. I could have reordered from Amazon but decided to honor the order as had already been placed w/bestbuy prior to amazon dropping price.

I'm a die hard BestBuy customer ... very long story but it will take an awful lot to change it ... anyway, once I found that the "stuff" I wanted back in stock I ordered online. I had some items shipped and some items picked up ... three items to be p.u. to be exact. Shopped around while I waited for the line to go down ... gave the fella my invoice ... and I saw Raymonds Raving Rabbits (for wii and stopped looking) got home and it's not the right game! It's the first one and I ordered the third - already home I called and the store and was asked to return tomorrow night for the exchange ( they asked if I could come back tonight but that wasn't happening)... just alittle heads up for you all who do store pick up - CHECK IT THOROUGHLY for once you sign - you sign that you received the items on the packing slip!

I have had three issues with Best Buy in the last two weeks. Two in store pick ups in two different stores were a fiasco. There was no sort of organization just a big pile of merchandise behind the counter for the employees to dive into. Both stores ended up pulling our orders from the floor. We were the only person in line at both stores and it took 40 minutes at the first and over an hour at the second. Our third problem was a TV delivery to my grandmother. This actually is probably UPS's fault. They delivered to a house with the same last name several of blocks over. They left it under their carport. Luckily they were honest and looked up my grandmothers phone number from the delivery info and gave her a call to pick it up. I haven't had issues with them in the past but DANG!

I learned the hard way about BB in store pickup. If I order online from them, I pay the extra to have it shipped to my home. I ordered a micro SD card and it took three days to get the confirmation that I could pick it up in store. Then when I got there it took two people to find my order (having to go as far as taking it from floor stock. However, I got $10 off because it took over their time limit to get my order to me.

i ordered a digital camera with store pick up and it was there to pick up quick and when i arrived i went right to the lady and it took her like 5 seconds to find it . They must be pretty organized compared to your stores.
