stacya
I want to get the Garmin Nuvi 1350T in the ad for $179...I was there last night, and they had like 10 of them...my thinking is that most people are going to be trying to get the TomTom...I really don't want to stand in line until 5, and Target is a distance away from the mall where Kohl's will be open at 4...if I go later (say 8 a.m.), what do you think my chances are of still getting the Nuvi I want...it's supposed to be wet and blustery here on Friday, and as I get older, I have less and less tolerance for this weather (that's why I lived in FL for 11 years, LOL)... I don't want to get screwed on the price adjustment deal, so that's why I'd rather just get it on BF...
Gritz
If I were you, I would buy one now, then go in on Friday to see if there are any left on the shelf. If there is one, buy it and return the one you bought today. If there isn't any left, go to CS and try to get a price adjustment on the one you bought today. lindyf
Personally, I wouldn't want a tom tom over a garmin. If that is all they really have I would not wait:D

If that is all they really have I would not wait:DI wouldn't either, but when you weigh $97 for a TomTom versus $179 for a Garmin, in this economy, I think it's more likely that people will opt for the "less is more" thinking...or at least that is wishful thinking on my part, anyway... Secretly hoping that Newegg or Amazon will PM them prior to Friday, and then I won't have to go there at all!
Elmck
They gave tickets for the garmins last year at mine and had them in the jewelry dept. They went fast.

Elmck
Do you remember how much they were, or if that was the only one on sale?I don't remember offhand. I tried to check here http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/2008.txt but my computer is acting weird and won't open some things. I know I researched a lot of gps's and this seemed the best for the money. My DS still uses it and no complaints.

LOL thanks for the input!!
