I returned some shoes to a Sears store and a few days later I got a call from Lands End customer service, very nice lady. I usually don't answer the calls but am glad I did! When you return a Lands End item(s) (must be ordered over internet) whether by mail or at a Sears or Lands End store, you get free shipping on your next order. Apparently the instructions are on the order or return slip from your order. If you have an difficulty in getting the free shipping on an internet order, call customer service and they'll be glad to help you out.
