I ordered them yesterday too (Thomas and Toby) and got free shipping. I didn't create an account but put my email address when I made the order. I didn't get anything in my email. Has anyone else? I just want to make sure my order went through!

 

ETA: I just checked my spam folder and there it was!

 

Also, I tried ordering two more just now and it still gives free shipping with Toby included too.

I ordered Thomas and Toby on the 13th and got an email from Learning Curve on Thurs (22nd) that my items shipped.

I ordered Thomas and Toby on the 14th. Charged and cleared on the 15th. My order still states it is 'Open'. I have not received any sort of shipment confirmation. Whats the problem here?
