Jannabear
I know this question has been asked in the past, but I can't remember the answers. What is a good "starter" MP3 player or IPOD for a 6 year old? TIA

debbieshops2003
My boys both have the Disney Mix Sticks. My boys use them and like them. They are now 7 and 9 so for Christmas I am giving them the Sony mp3. But I got mine the 4 gb. They were cheaper (49.99). http://trus.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/pTRU1-5079265reg.jpg http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3214467 but they have the Disney mix sticks for boys and girls. My boys have the pirates mix sticks. Here is a Hannah Montana version.... http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_05723219000P?vName=Computers+%26+Electronics&cName=iPods+%26+MP3+Players&sName=MP3+Players This one is cars... http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_9990000053060911P?vName=Computers+%26+Electronics&keyword=mix+stick+disney&sid=K-on-Sx20k061224x0000002 You can get them from Disney, ebay, Target, Toys r Us. For a 6 year old the easier they are to use the better. I wouldn't spend a lot. I felt the mix sticks were perfect for them. If it wasn't for my older one being 9 and me finding a sale on the sony they wouldn't be getting new ones yet.

elena_398
Is this a good mp3 player for my 9 year old daughter: Not sure what the difference is from a Ipod nano to a Mp3 player. I was going to give her my son's old ipod nano, but I figured I would get that (haha) and I would get her an mp3 player seeing how she is only 9. Pink is her favorite color.... http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3150697
