toys r us bakugan pre-order

I just received an email notification from Toys R Us that they could not fulfill the Pre-Order Bakugan set that my son wanted for Christmas. I am so furious with them for doing this. Has anyone else received a similar notification. I have to say this is not a way to keep a customer this holiday season. I spend a lot of money on my kids and will bring my business to other retailers. I would never get this kind of service from Amazon.

Here's the response I got back from ToysR Us. My business will go else where this holiday season. Walmart and Amazon are a much better option and better customer service.


I've just reviewed our stock level of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers New

Vestroia Maxus Helios 7-in-1, and unfortunately it has been depleted at

this time. I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that

this may have caused, and I wish to offer you 10% off on any future

order with Toys "R" Us.com or Babies "R" Us.com. Just be sure to

reference your original order number when calling to place your new

order - my notes will be entered there.


Since Bakugan Battle Brawlers New Vestroia Maxus Helios 7-in-1 has been

cancelled from your order, you have not been charged for it. We only

charge for items once they have shipped from our fulfillment center.

Our product availability is continuously being updated on the website,

so you may also wish to periodically check online as products are

updated as soon as they become available.


Another great option would be to check your local "R" Us store. Since

the stores often carry alternate or additional merchandise, they may

still have a few Bakugan Battle Brawlers New Vestroia Maxus Helios

7-in-1 left on the shelf! I've included the link below to help you find

the store nearest you!

Thanks everyone for the kind words of support. I searched Northern CA and found only 1 store with stock (4 hours from my house). CA is very big :-). Had a good conversation with the store manager about getting the item to me and he was very understanding. They showed it in stock but when he did the physical inventory... MIA. Hopefully, a one is found soon. He said he would call me back in a week.

I saw the red one (is it Drago? My son is just starting to get into these, and it looked neat, so I got it...I know less than nothing about any of them) at WM today...and I ordered it at TRU.com, and as far as I know, it will be here tomorrow...I know the other one was OOS on their site, and I haven't seen it elsewhere...oh, and the red one was only $34 at WM, as opposed to $39.xx online at TRU...

TRU customer service called me this morning and they where able to locate me their exclusive 7-1 Maxus Helios. Since I finally received resolution, I would like to acknowledge that the Corporate Guest Services was very willing to help. However, it shouldn't take their Corporate Guest Services to make a customer happy.
