Here's something I did last year and I plan on doing it again this year. With the postings of the ads here last year, I shopped at both Target and Best Buy later in the evening on the eve of Thanksgiving. Both stores had set up the bulk stacks of the Black Friday merchandise and I had played innocent and asked whether they would refund the difference on Friday if the items I purchased happened to be on sale Friday. I purchased my items and Friday morning I headed to the customer service counters and received my refunds for the difference.
